1. (1) A hearing must be scheduled at a regular or special meeting of the committee.
2. (2) Written notice of a hearing must be mailed to the parties at least 20 days before the hearing or conference.

3. (3) A hearing notice must comply with 2-4-601, MCA, except that the hearing notice shall not contain a statement

   that a formal proceeding may be waived pursuant to 2-4-603, MCA. The hearing notice shall contain a statement that the hearing must be an informal proceeding as provided in 2-4-604, MCA.
