Identification of Product and Package Types

(1) The following identification information will be used by agents when completing reporting forms:
1. (a) Product forage types
  1. (i) Alfalfa
  2. (ii) Alfalfa/grass
  3. (iii) Grass
  4. (iv) Straw
  5. (v) Grain/barley
  6. (vi) Grain/oats
  7. (vii) Sanfoin
  8. (viii) Other forage (agent must describe)
2. (b) Package type
  1. (i) Small rectangular bales
  2. (ii) Large rectangular
  3. (iii) Large round bales
  4. (iv) Small round bales
  5. (v) Cubes
  6. (vi) Pellets
  7. (vii) Loose forage
  8. (viii) Silage
  9. (ix) Grain concentrate
  10. (x) Other packages (agent must describe)
