1. (1) In addition to the applicable agricultural seed labeling requirements, agricultural seeds that are coated shall be labeled with the:

   1. (a) percentage by weight of pure seeds with coating material removed;
   2. (b) percentage by weight of coating material;
   3. (c) percentage by weight of inert material exclusive of coating material; and
   4. (d) percentage of germination determined on 400 pellets with or without seeds.
