Letter of Transmittal

Effective May 16, 1986Authorizing statute(s): Sec. 69-3-103, MCA; Implementing statute(s): Sec. 69-2-101, MCAState of Montana

(1) The letter accompanying a telecommunications utility rate case filing to the commission shall contain a minimum of the following:
1. (a) A list of documents submitted with the filing;
2. (b) A list of names and addresses of those to whom copies of the rate case have been mailed;
3. (c) A brief description of the proposed changes in service, rates, and revenue levels;
4. (d) Reasons for the proposed changes;
5. (e) Estimated number of customers whose rates will be effected;
6. (f) List of names and phone numbers of utility employees or consultants who shall be responsible for answering questions concerning the rate case;
7. (g) List of names and addresses of utility employees or consultants who should be included on the service list.
