- (1) The notice shall contain the time, date, place and nature of the hearing. The notice shall also contain the docket number, the date of service of the notice, a statement of the legal authority and jurisdiction under which the hearing is to be held; a reference to the particular section of the statutes and rules involved; and a short and plain statement of the matters asserted and issues involved. Notices of all hearings shall be served upon the Montana consumer counsel.
