- (1) All records maintained by an agency pertaining to an individual child are confidential and may not be disclosed to any person, agency or organization except as specified in 40-8-126 , MCA, and 50-15-206 , MCA.
- (2) All records pertaining to individual children placed by the agency shall be made available at any time to the department's designated representatives.
