1. (1) Residential habilitation, foster care, provides 24-hour services and supports designed to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of a member and assist the member in acquiring and improving behaviors necessary to live and participate in the community.
2. (2) Residential habilitation, foster care, must be licensed in accordance with ARM Title 37, chapter 106, subchapter 20.

3. (3) Residential habilitation, foster care, includes the following components:

   1. (a) personal care;
   2. (b) social activities;
   3. (c) recreational activities;
   4. (d) medication management and oversite;
   5. (e) medical escort;
   6. (f) nonmedical transportation;
   7. (g) meals; and
   8. (h) 24-hour on-site supervision to meet the needs of the member for safety and security.
