- (1) All reviews of centers performed by department staff and auditors under department contract will evaluate the milk purchase quantity documentation and compare it to the meals claimed that require a milk volume component.
- (2) Notwithstanding any other applicable rule, if enough milk is not purchased and documented to meet the minimum meal component milk volume requirement, a corresponding meal reimbursement disallowance shall be made, in accordance with the milk volume requirements of 7 CFR 226.20.
