- (1) The department shall make payments to facilities for the care of youths who have been approved by the department for placement into the facility. The rate of payment shall be based upon the classification of the facility according to ARM 37.50.315.
- (2) Facilities in the state of Montana must be licensed by the department or responsible tribal authority, and must have a current contract with the department to be eligible for payments for foster care from the department.
