Home and Community-based Services for Elderly and Physically Disabled Persons: Senior Companion Services, Requirements

- (1) Senior companion services is defined in ARM 37.40.1402.
(2) The service includes:
- (a) respite;
- (b) socialization;
- (c) supervision; and
- (d) homemaking.
- (3) Providers of this service are Senior Companion Programs that are a part of Senior Corps.
