- (1) The purpose of the rules in this subchapter is to establish standards for the Substance Use Disorder Voucher Program, as provided in Title 53, chapter 24, part 2, MCA.
- (2) This program is intended to cover the cost of substance use disorder treatment room and board that is not otherwise covered by insurance or another assistance program.
- (3) This program is subject to available funding.
