1. (1) If a test for fluid productivity is made in a stratigraphic well or core hole, the well must be reclassified as "wildcat or exploratory" and is subject to all the rules of a well drilled for oil or gas.
2. (2) Wells drilled in a delineated field to known productive horizons cannot be classified as "stratigraphic."
