(1) Every licensee shall keep and maintain a daily record of all operations conducted under each permit, showing:
- (a) the method(s) employed in delivering the seeding agent;
- (b) type of seeding equipment used;
- (c) kinds and amounts of seeding agents used;
- (d) times and places of seeding activities;
- (e) names and addresses of individuals participating or assisting in the operation; and
- (f) such information as may be required to monitor compliance with any condition of a permit.
- (2) A Form 674-N-278 shall be completed and filed with the department on a monthly basis for each permitted operation and for each exempted research and development operation.
- (3) Every permittee shall complete and file a Form 675-N-278 with the department at the end of the period for which the permit was issued.
- (4) A permittee shall forward a copy of all forms prepared in compliance with federal weather modification rules and regulations to the department at the time such forms are submitted to the federal government.
- (5) All records and reports in the custody of the department shall be open for public examination in accordance with Title 2, chapter 6, MCA.
