1. (1) Loss reimbursement applications must be submitted no later than February 1 for depredations that occurred during the previous calendar year.
2. (2) A staff adjuster’s loss reimbursement decision may be appealed to the Livestock Loss Board within 60 days of the decision.
3. (3) Once paid, loss reimbursements are final and may not be adjusted except through the appeal process.
