- (1) All parties before the Office of Administrative Hearings have the right to be represented by an attorney of their choice.
- (2) The Office of Administrative Hearings will not provide counsel for parties or provide funds for the payment of counsel.
- (3) The department may appear in any contested case for the limited purpose of representing the interests of the public.
