1. (1) Where the manufacturer proposes changes in the construction, plumbing, mechanical, or electrical equipment or installations, or where these rules are amended to necessitate such change, an application for revision and one set of supplemental detailed plans and specifications of such changes shall be submitted to the bureau for plan review and comparison. Plans shall include the plan resubmission or revision fee(s) required by ARM 24.301.1261.

   1. (a) When the supplemental details do not constitute a new model, the supplemental details will be filed with and become part of the existing plan review.
   2. (b) Where the supplemental details constitute a model change, application for plan review will be required as for a new model.
2. (2) A model designation may be changed or added by filing an amended application and including plan and system review fee(s) required by ARM 24.301.1261.
