1. (1) Applicants for licensure as a veterinary retail facility must:

   1. (a) submit a completed application form;
   2. (b) pay the required application fee or renewal fee;
   3. (c) designate a registered veterinary dispensing technician as person-in-charge; and
   4. (d) comply with the provisions of 37-18-803, MCA.

2. (2) Veterinary retail facilities must notify the board within 30 days of the following changes:

   1. (a) designated person-in-charge; and
   2. (b) termination in service.
