1. (1) A doula must renew annually as set forth in ARM 24.101.413.
2. (2) All fees are nonrefundable.
3. (3) The standardized fees specified in ARM 24.101.403 apply, unless specified differently in (4).

4. (4) The following fees will be charged:

   1. (a) Application for initial license - $180.
   2. (b) License renewal - $175.
