- (1) A chiropractor may delegate chiropractic physiotherapy to an auxiliary assistant employed by the chiropractor whom the chiropractor deems to be competent and safe in the context of an individual patient's circumstances.
(2) The chiropractor must:
- (a) remain on the premises and supervise the auxiliary assistant; and
- (b) assume full legal and ethical responsibility for tasks performed by the auxiliary assistant.
