1. (1) If a victim's identity theft passport is lost or stolen the victim must:

   1. (a) notify the Office of Victim Services; and
   2. (b) reapply for a new passport following the procedures set forth in this subchapter.
2. (2) The lost or stolen passport will be deactivated by the Office of Victim Services.
