1. (1) Accreditation must meet as they pertain to credit counseling the:

   1. (a) ISO 9001:2000;
   2. (b) BSI management;
   3. (c) BYGI; or
   4. (d) Council on Accreditation for Children and Families standards.

2. (2) Certification must be by:

   1. (a) the Association for Financial Counseling and Planning Education;
   2. (b) the National Foundation for Credit Counseling; or
   3. (c) a college accredited by one of the six regional accreditation services, by taking a course worth at least three semester credits covering credit counseling or debt management.
