1. (1) A copy of the fantasy sports league rules and information must be provided in writing to each member in the league.

2. (2) The rules must include:

   1. (a) name, address, and telephone number of the person or organization conducting the league;
   2. (b) amount charged for entrance, administrative, and transaction fees;
   3. (c) name of the professional sport and teams on which the league is based;
   4. (d) length of the season that the league is to operate;
   5. (e) size of a member's team roster;
   6. (f) method used to select players;
   7. (g) method for awarding points to a team based on the performance of individual players, teams, or both during a designated period; and
   8. (h) anticipated prizes to be awarded.
