1. (1) Each dealer who receives currency from a player at a poker table for exchange for poker chips shall observe the following procedures and requirements:

   1. (a) The currency must be spread on the top of the poker table by the dealer accepting it, in full view of the player who presented it.
   2. (b) The amount of currency must be verbalized by the dealer accepting it.
