1. (1) The diagnostic review team will determine if road approach work is necessary which may include:

   1. (a) constructing the approaches to road authority standards;
   2. (b) improving the horizontal and vertical alignment;
   3. (c) increasing sight distance; or
   4. (d) other safety improvements deemed necessary by the diagnostic review team.
