1. (1) An application for a TENORM waste management system license must contain a system design that complies with:

   1. (a) ARM Title 17, chapter 50, subchapter 10;
   2. (b) ARM Title 17, chapter 50, subchapter 12; and
   3. (c) requirements of the Montana Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (MPDES) general storm water permit approved by the department's Water Protection Bureau.
2. (2) The design must also include an appropriate number and placement of dose measuring devices as determined by a health physicist.
