1. (1) For purposes of this section, the following definitions apply:

   1. (a) "Roe" means paddlefish eggs removed from the fish prior to processing;
   2. (b) "Caviar" means roe washed, screened, cooled and salted;
   3. (c) "Processing" means the washing, screening, cooling and salting of roe.
