(1) Any person who shall use, place, or cause to be placed an ice fishing shelter on the surface of the following bodies of water shall be subject to the provisions of the rules in this subchapter:
1. (a) Brown's Lake;
2. (b) Georgetown Lake;
3. (c) Deadman's Basin;
4. (d) Lake Frances;
5. (e) Bearpaw Lake;
6. (f) Beaver Creek Reservoir;
7. (g) Hauser Lake;
8. (h) Lake Helena; and
9. (i) Clark Canyon Reservoir.
