1. (1) A portion of Flathead Lake is located in Lake County.

2. (2) In Lake County, Flathead Lake is limited to a controlled no wake speed, as defined in ARM 12.11.101(1), in the following areas:

   1. (a) Cromwell Channel at its narrowest section approximately 800 feet in length or as marked by buoys.
3. (3) Refer to ARM 12.11.2205 for the portion of Flathead Lake located in Flathead County.
