- (1) Secondary career and vocational/technical education programs must have approval of the superintendent of public instruction prior to receipt of funds.
- (2) The state director of K-12 career and vocational/ technical education shall recommend to the superintendent of public instruction which programs should be approved, based on established criteria and consistent with state and federal law.
- (3) Program titles may refer to classification of instructional program codes (CIP) .
