- (1) Instructors shall be certified in accordance with the board of public education requirements and endorsed in the program area for which they are making application.
- (2) Approved career and vocational/technical education programs shall be in compliance with state requirements, directives and laws.
- (3) If program deficiencies are not corrected within the program year, career and vocational/technical education funding may be withheld or denied by the superintendent of public instruction.
