Jurisdiction of chancery court

The chancery court shall have full jurisdiction in the following matters and cases, viz.:

  1. (a) All matters in equity;
  2. (b) Divorce and alimony;
  3. (c) Matters testamentary and of administration;
  4. (d) Minor’s business;
  5. (e) Cases of idiocy, lunacy, and persons of unsound mind;
  6. (f) All cases of which the said court had jurisdiction under the laws in

    force when this Constitution is put in operation.
