Keeping Of Animals And Fowl Within The Boundaries Of The District

8.1keeper of any wild or domestic animal (other than natural or naturalized water fowl) to8.2unlawful for any Person to keep or harbor any swine or cattle on any property owned or8.3Prohibition of Dangerous Animals8.4or harbor any animal or fowl which by loud, frequent or habitual barking, howling,8.5harbor any dog or cat three months of age or older on property owned by or leased from8.6animal on property owned by or leased from the District unless there is placed and8.7duties of investigation of cases in which animals have bitten or scratched a person or8.8animal shelter pursuant to this ordinance, the owner or keeper of such dog or animal8.9and shall be punishable by a fine not less than $25.00 nor more than $500.00 for each
