Keeping Of Animals And Fowl Within The Boundaries Of The District
PEARL RIVER VALLEY WATER SUPPLY DISTRICT
8.1
keeper of any wild or domestic animal (other than natural or naturalized water fowl) to

unlawful for any Person to keep or harbor any swine or cattle on any property owned or
8.3

or harbor any animal or fowl which by loud, frequent or habitual barking, howling,

harbor any dog or cat three months of age or older on property owned by or leased from

animal on property owned by or leased from the District unless there is placed and

duties of investigation of cases in which animals have bitten or scratched a person or
8.8
animal shelter pursuant to this ordinance, the owner or keeper of such dog or animal
8.9
and shall be punishable by a fine not less than $25.00 nor more than $500.00 for each
