Program Requirements
LOCAL GOVERMENTS AND RURAL WATER SYSTEMS IMPROVEMENTS BOARD
2.1.1To be eligible for financial assistance, an applicant must meet the definition of an2.2.1Federal funds allotted to the State will be available for obligation for a period of one2.3.1A percentage or amount of the State's Drinking Water SRF Federal Capitalization2.4.1In accordance with the Act, the Board will provide for public comment and review2.5.1The DWSIRLF may be used for the following purposes, subject to the intended use2.6.1After the Board adopts each annual Intended Use Plan, including the Priority System2.7.1All projects receiving loan assistance from the DWSIRLF shall comply with the2.8.1The Board will prepare an annual Intended Use Plan (IUP), which describes how the2.9.1The DWSIRLF has been established to provide low interest loans to assist and2.10.1The applicant/loan recipient is responsible for the proper planning, design,2.11.1The applicant (or loan recipient) must obtain approval of all necessary documents
