Practice of Funeral Service and Funeral Directing
STATE BOARD OF FUNERAL SERVICES
3.1
When the applicant for license for the practice of funeral directing or funeral service

All applications must be submitted to the Board office, on forms furnished by the

The Board may require applicants for licensure to personally appear before the Board

No applicant for license for the practice of funeral directing will be allowed to take the

Extension of Permit
3.6
No funeral service or funeral directing license shall be issued or renewed for a period
3.7
Each individual licensed by the Board shall prominently display his or her license at all
3.8
All persons holding a license for the practice of funeral service and funeral directing
3.9
Duplicate License
