BOARD OF PUBLIC ACCOUNTANCY
8.1
Appointments
8.1.1
Repeal
8.1.2
If for any reason a vacancy shall occur on the Board, the Chair will provide a notice
8.1.3
Board appointees must hold valid CPA licenses issued by the Board and be qualified
8.2
Meetings, Organization, and Duties
8.2.1
Meetings of the Board shall be conducted in accordance with Robert’s Rules of
8.2.2
The Board shall meet on a regular basis, generally monthly, with no less than six
8.2.3
The Board shall elect from its members, a Chair, Vice Chair and Secretary of the
8.2.4

All actions of the Board are to be reflected in the minutes of the Board

Meetings may be called by any four (4) members of the Board or by its Chair

When present, the Chair shall preside at all meetings

The Vice Chair of the Board, in the absence of the Chair, shall perform the duties of

The Secretary of the Board shall be responsible for the permanent records of the

Invalid Portions - If any subcategory, rule, regulation, sentence, clause, or phrase of

Effective Date - The Board Rules and Regulations shall govern all matters initiated

In the interpretation and enforcement of the Rules and Regulations, the Board may
