BOARD OF PUBLIC ACCOUNTANCY

Requirements

Registration
2.3.1
Each CPA license holder shall be required to register and to pay an annual
2.3.2
Each registrant shall be required to provide information as to current employment,

In accordance with Rule 4.1. of these Rules and Regulations, a licensee will not be

Failure to register and pay annual fees by January 1 of each year will result in

Reinstatement of a License
2.4.1
An individual seeking reinstatement of a CPA license which has been revoked,

Such application shall be filed on the form prescribed by the Board and shall include

License reinstatement applications must be accompanied by payment of the

An individual seeking reinstatement of a CPA license must, unless otherwise

A former licensee whose license has been revoked or suspended may make

The Board may impose appropriate terms and conditions for reinstatement of a

Persons holding CPA certificates/licenses granted by other jurisdictions must apply

An individual holding a valid certificate and license in good standing as a CPA
