MQHC Grant Program

After the grant awards are made for the first state fiscal year of the legislatively

The MSDH will prepare a MQHC Grant Program Funding Continuation Application
5.3.2
To ensure a timely start of MQHC grantee projects, the Funding Continuation
5.3.3
The Funding Continuation Application must meet the minimum requirements listed in

The Funding Continuation Application will be reviewed to determine if it meets
5.3.5
The MSDH may contact applicants for clarification of information presented in the
5.3.6
Acceptance of a Funding Continuation Application does not obligate the MSDH to

The MQHC advisory council will meet to vote on the recommended award for
5.3.8
The MQHC advisory council recommendations will be presented to the MSDH
5.3.9
The MSDH is not bound by the recommendation of the advisory council
