Regulation Governing Rock Festivals
MISSISSIPPI DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH
3.1.1
1,000 or more people which does or did continue, or can reasonably be expected

trustee, association, or any public or private entity

Board of Health or any county health officer or his authorized representative
