Orders for payment, when effective
Effective Jan 1, 1983(L. 1981 H.B. 41, et al. § 12)
Orders for payment of compensation pursuant to section 595.045 shall be made only as to injuries or death resulting from offenses occurring on or after July 1, 1982.
