Arson in the third degree — penalty
Effective Jan 1, 2017(L. 2014 S.B. 491)
- 1. A person commits the offense of arson in the third degree if he or she knowingly starts a fire or causes an explosion and thereby recklessly damages or destroys a building or an inhabitable structure of another.
- 2. The offense of arson in the third degree is a class A misdemeanor.
