Rental properties, transfer of title of real property with outstanding judgments — court filing required
Effective Aug 28, 2024(L. 2024 S.B. 895)
All transfers of title of real property for rental properties with outstanding collectible judgments shall be filed in the circuit court within thirty days after transfer of title.
