The commissioners shall, as soon as may be, proceed to perform their duties, according to the judgment of the court:

1. (1) Admeasuring and setting off the dower of any widow interested therein; and
2. (2) To divide and set off, by proper metes and bounds, each share of the several persons interested, according to their respective titles.
