Electronic notarial acts authorized

Effective Aug 28, 2020(L. 2020 H.B. 1655)

The following notarial acts may be performed electronically:

(1) Acknowledgment;
(2) Jurat;
(3) Signature witnessing; and
(4) Copy certification.
