Signatures and photographs, prohibited acts
Effective Aug 28, 2020(L. 2020 H.B. 1655)
1. A notary shall not notarize a signature:
- (1) On a blank or incomplete document; or
- (2) On a document without notarial certificate wording.
- 2. A notary shall neither certify nor authenticate a photograph.
