Americans with disabilities act, requirements not to exceed
Effective Aug 28, 1993(L. 1993 S.B. 88 § 9)
The provisions of sections 476.759 to 476.766 shall not impose any requirements which exceed those requirements necessary to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
