Mo. Rev. Stat. § 476.1025
A parent, spouse, child, or personal representative of a person who was convicted of a misdemeanor offense may file a motion with the court in which the person was convicted to have the record of such offense made confidential in any automated case management system if such person has been deceased for six months or more. Upon such motion accompanied by a copy of the death certificate of the deceased person, the court shall make the case confidential. Prior to making the case confidential, the court shall determine whether any person would be unfairly prejudiced by making such record confidential in any automated case management system.
