Uniformity of applications and construction
Effective Aug 28, 1992(L. 1992 S.B. 448)
Sections 428.005 to 428.059 shall be applied and construed to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law with respect to the subject of sections 428.005 to 428.059 among states enacting it.
