Certificate of merger issued, when — director and secretary of state's duties
Effective Jan 1, 1985(L. 1984 H.B. 1498)
- 1. Upon approval or modification of the plan of merger, the director shall certify a copy of his order of approval and two copies of the articles of merger and forward same to the secretary of state.
- 2. When all required taxes or fees have been paid, the secretary of state shall file the same keeping one copy as a permanent record and shall issue a certificate of merger and a certified copy of such certificate, to which he shall affix the other copy of such articles.
