Mo. Rev. Stat. § 377.005

Definitions

Effective Aug 28, 2008(L. 2008 S.B. 788)

As used in this chapter, unless otherwise clearly indicated by the context, the following words mean:

(1) "Department", the department of commerce and insurance; and
(2) "Director", the director of the department of commerce and insurance.
