Safe deposit boxes, to have same rights, powers and duties as bank and trust companies
Effective Aug 28, 1994(L. 1994 H.B. 1312)
All credit unions regulated by this chapter shall have the same rights, powers and duties relating to safe deposit boxes as provided to banks and trust companies in chapter 362.
